1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Flavours of Konaseema website and your purchase of our products. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
• A customer account and successful sign-in are required to place an order. Guest checkout is not available.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
• We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or applicable legal rights.

3. Products and information

We aim to display product descriptions, ingredients, pack sizes, colours and images accurately. Natural products and screen settings can cause reasonable variations. Packaging may be updated without changing the essential product.

Please read the product label, ingredient information, storage directions and any warnings before use. Website content is general information and is not medical advice.

4. Pricing, orders and payment

• Prices, taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before you confirm an order.
• Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment; we may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, address, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
• If a pricing or product-information error materially affects an order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected amount.
• You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. Payment services may be governed by the provider’s own terms.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by location, carrier capacity, weather, public events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Please provide a complete, serviceable address and phone number. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery, subject to your consumer rights.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Because we sell consumable goods, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once products have been dispatched. Damaged, leaking, incorrect, expired or missing items may qualify for a remedy when reported within the stated period.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with another person’s use.
• Do not use false identities, fraudulent payment methods, automated scraping or the website for unlawful activity.
• Reviews and other submissions must be truthful, relevant and must not infringe another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Flavours of Konaseema name, logos, packaging artwork, photographs, copy and website design are owned by us or used under licence. You may use the website for personal shopping only; no content may be commercially reproduced without written permission.

9. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, website interruptions beyond reasonable control, or loss caused by misuse, improper storage or use contrary to product directions.

10. Governing law and contact
